St. Jude Samaritans render assistance to parishioners who have a substantiated need for aid or assistance in an emergency situation.  This assistance may be for food or gasoline vouchers.   Responsibility for conducting the activities of the St. Jude Samaritans is shared by the Pastor and/or his representative and lay members of the parish chosen for their compassion, confidentiality and spirituality.  The overall responsibility of administering the disbursements or providing assistance to individuals and families lies with the Pastor of St. Jude Thaddeus.
